Following the First EURIPIDES Forum in Versailles in June 2007, the second Forum took place in Berlin on October 9+10, 2008. For the participants from all over Europe it again represented an excellent opportunity to present their innovations in the field of microsystem technology and electronic packaging in the framework of the EUREKA cluster EURIPIDES.
The EURIPIDES Program serves as a support organisation to European research. Projects promoted by EURIPIDES aim to put on the market the results of bottom-down research by overpassing technological breakpoints. The projects usually run for 3 years and lead to pre-industrial prototypes. Most of the EURIPIDES-projects constitute the follow-up of projects supported by the European Commission within FP 7 leading to technological demonstrators.
This Website contains all the presentations by industry leaders, as well as descriptions of successful EURIPIDES-projects and expressions of interest and some background information on the EURIPIDES cluster.
